If you are a Convention Refugee / Protected Person, you need to provide us with your Notice of Decision and if applicable your PR Card.

Provincial Nominee

If you are a Provincial Nominee, you need to provide us with your Provincial Nominee Acceptance letter.

Banking Information

You need to provide us with one of the following documents containing your full name, bank name, institution number, branch number, and account number:

- Void cheque (generated by the bank)

or

- Direct deposit form
